2. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel event services at any time from their dashboard.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Accidental duplicate transactions.
- Payment charged without service activation due to a verified technical error.
4 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refund requests should be made within 7 days of payment by contacting our support team with payment proof.
