Event creation and associated services (such as image uploads or hosting) are considered digital services.

2. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel event services at any time from their dashboard.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Accidental duplicate transactions.
• Payment charged without service activation due to a verified technical error.

4 Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Refund requests should be made within 7 days of payment by contacting our support team with payment proof.
